Before any demo
Demos cost credits
Calls, avatar video, the shared browser, pictures and longer work all use real credits on the account you demo from. End calls as soon as you have shown what you need, and close browser sessions you no longer need.
- Use a demo account, not your personal one, so no private memory, files or contacts appear on screen.
- Check the account has access and credits on Profile → Credits before you start.
- Prepare the Space. A Space with a little history makes memory demos land. A brand new account remembers nothing yet, and that is the honest answer.
- Do not demo switched-off features. Telegram is paused and access for outside agents is off by default. See the features overview.
- Do not promise what you cannot show. If a Spark says it cannot do something, that is the product being honest. Move on rather than forcing it.
- Scheduled calls ring phones, not web browsers. Demo them on a phone that has notifications allowed.
Rules for what you say
- Never present an illustrative use case as a real customer.
- Never quote numbers of users, results or benchmarks. Calynta has not published any.
- Always make clear that avatars are AI. The app labels them that way, and you should too.
