Try it: calls
Calls cost the most
Every minute of a call uses credits, and a video avatar adds more. Plan the demo, show it, and end the call. Do not leave a call running while you talk to the room.
| Do this | The viewer should see | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Tap the call button in a Space. | The call connecting, then the Spark's avatar, labelled as AI. | The first connect can take 10 to 20 seconds. Say so before you tap. |
| Say "Let's talk through my week." | A natural back and forth. Interrupt it to show it stops and listens. | Speak one at a time if others are in the room. |
| Say "Draw me a diagram of this plan." | Share a board? the first time, then a live sketch. | Say yes once; it will not ask again. |
| Say "Make me a picture of a cosy café, warm light." | The picture appears on the call's Screen view. | Pictures use credits too. |
| Tap the model pill and switch to Duet. | The call reconnects for a moment, and the conversation carries on. | Keep this short; it is a nice detail, not the main event. |
| Leave the call screen and open Pulse. | A small call window stays in the corner. Tap it to go back. | None. |
| Say "Please hang up." | The call ends and offers View summary. | Summaries take a moment and are not guaranteed. |
| In chat: "Call me in 5 minutes." | "Call scheduled for..." and a card. Five minutes later, the phone rings. | Phones only, with notifications allowed. Up to 3 scheduled calls a day. |
Avoid in a demo: the Schedule a call screen (it does not book a real call yet), claiming calls are recorded (they are not), and promising a particular language works on every call model.
