Open Profile → Scheduled.	Routines, watches, scheduled calls and check-ins in one list.	Prepare a few items first so it is not empty.
"Help me run a 10k by March."	A suggested goal with milestones, saved only when you agree.	None.
On the goal, tap Plan next steps.	The Spark working out the next steps; follow it in Activity.	Uses credits.
"Tell me when this jacket drops under 150." (with a product link)	A watch set up on the page.	Pages that need a login or build themselves with scripts cannot be tracked. Test the page first.
Open Pulse.	What is running, up next, goal rings, connections and your team.	Looks best with a few routines, a goal and a watch in place.
Open Profile → Ideas and tap Find ideas.	Up to three ideas, each showing its source.	On a new account there may be nothing yet: "Nothing new worth suggesting yet."

Avoid in a demo: promising that Sparks watch everything and nudge you unprompted. They act on routines, watches and goals you set, and notifications a Spark sends on its own are limited to one a day.
