Glossary

Activity : The list of longer work you handed to a Spark, with each run's steps, sources and status. In Profile → Activity. See Longer work.

Aside : A private question to your own Spark inside a group, using Just me. Only you see the question and answer. See Groups.

Artifact : Something lasting that Calynta keeps for you, such as a board, a past call, a scheduled call or a browser session. See Artifacts.

Board : A whiteboard a Spark can draw on during calls and in chat, which you can edit too. See Whiteboard and boards.

Brain : The page that shows what a Spark knows about you and where each item came from. See Memory and the Brain.

Calynta : The app, and the name of your main Spark, which leads your team.

Credits : The unit Calynta uses to measure what things cost to run, such as calls, pictures and replies. Your plan includes a monthly allowance. See Plans and credits.

Goal : Something you are working towards, with milestones you tick off. See Goals and ideas.

Group : A Space with several people and, optionally, their own Sparks. See Groups.

Head agent : Calynta's role as the leader of your team. It hands tasks to teammates and brings the answers back. See Your team of Sparks.

Idea : A suggestion Calynta draws from what your Sparks already know. Accepting one turns it into a goal. See Goals and ideas.

Presence : The moving, speaking avatar on a video call. Always labelled as AI. See Voice and video calls.

Pulse : The tab that shows what your Sparks are doing now, what is next, your goals, your apps and your team. See Pulse.

Routine : Work a Spark does on a schedule, such as a weekday briefing. See Routines.

Space : The one ongoing conversation you have with a Spark (or a group). It holds messages, files, calls, pictures, boards and results in one timeline.

Spark : An AI assistant in Calynta. Each one has its own profile, face, voice and Space with you.

Teammate : A Spark on your team that Calynta can hand work to, such as AXIOM, VELA or a private Spark you added. See Your team of Sparks.

Topic : A named side conversation inside a Space. Supported behind the scenes, but not shown in the app yet.

Watch : A web page Calynta checks for you, for a change, a phrase, or a price drop. See Tracking.
