Illustrative example. This is not a real customer story. It shows how Calynta's features fit together; the person and details are made up.

Sam keeps the family's plans on track.

  • Sam creates a group called "Summer plans" and shares the invite link with a partner and an older child. (Groups)
  • In the group, Sam writes "@calynta, list what we still need to book for July." The group's Calynta answers for everyone.
  • Later, Sam turns on Just me and asks their own Calynta "What did I miss today?" The answer shows only for Sam. (Private asides)
  • Sam's partner asks Sam's Calynta to add a dentist visit to Sam's calendar. Sam gets a private approval card and approves it. (Owner approvals)
  • Sam asks "Call me on Sunday at 6 to plan the week." (Scheduled calls)
