Scheduled calls
A Spark can call you at a time you choose. When the time comes, your phone rings on its own call screen, and answering drops you straight into a live voice call.
How to book one
Ask the Spark, in chat or on a call:
- "Call me tomorrow at 8 to plan my day."
- "Ring me in 20 minutes so we can go over the draft."
The Spark confirms with "Call scheduled for..." and a card appears in your Space.
Some screens show a Schedule a call button with a time picker. That screen does not book a real call yet. Ask the Spark instead.
Limits

What you need
These are checked when the call is due, not when you book it:
- an active subscription or access;
- enough credits;
- a phone Calynta can reach, with notifications allowed.
This is not a phone call
A scheduled call rings through the Calynta app to your phone's own call screen (the same screen as a normal incoming call). It does not use your phone number, it cannot call a landline, and it cannot join Zoom or Meet.
Scheduled calls ring on iPhone and Android. A web browser cannot ring you.
Seeing your scheduled calls
- Profile → Scheduled lists upcoming calls as "Calynta calls you..." with the time.
- Pulse shows the next ones under up next.
- The card in your Space shows the status: Scheduled, Preparing the call, Ringing now, Answered, Declined, Missed, Cancelled or Could not connect.
