Notifications
Calynta sends notifications to your phone when something needs you or something you asked for is ready. It is deliberately sparing.
What you can be notified about
- Incoming calls: a scheduled call rings like a normal call.
- Work finished: longer work you handed to a Spark is done. The notification is general, so results are not shown on your lock screen.
- Needs your input: for example, an approval card in a group.
- Tracking: a page you are watching met its condition.
- Routines: by default, only when a routine fails.
Limits Calynta keeps to

Notifications that arrive within five minutes of each other are folded into one.
Quiet hours hold messages until later rather than dropping them.
Turning notifications on or off
Notifications are a device permission. See Profile → Permissions, where Calynta shows whether notifications are allowed and links to your device settings. Calynta asks once, right after you sign in.
Not built yet
- There is no notification inbox or notification settings screen inside the app yet.
- You cannot set your own quiet hours in the app yet.
